So wonderful! Grilled cheese with apple slices (seriously an amazing combination that I wish was more mainstream), chai latte, and a delicious scone. The staff was kind, and I got a cute painting too. Lovely atmosphere that I will definitely visit again if I’m back in Vermont.

Visited October 2019: This place really reminded me of a nice cozy cafe my wife and I visit at home. Excellent customer service, and a nice variety of food (that's fresh!). Took a few pictures (see amusing fridge stickers). We grabbed food and coffee here two mornings on our trip, and really enjoyed this location and the atmosphere. Coffee options were pretty good as well.

We’ve traveled to other cafes around Vermont and the US, Nicole and her team were wonderful and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The breakfast burrito was delicious! I loved the local art around the cafe, also giving it that calm feel Will definitely go back ! cheers!

Stowe Street Cafe is a true gem, offering not just incredible coffee but a warm, welcoming space that feels like the heart of the community. Nicole’s passion for quality and hospitality shines through in every detail, from the thoughtfully curated menu to the inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re grabbing a Maple Latte on a crisp Vermont morning, enjoying a ROY G BIV Salad, or picking up a Take & Bake cinnamon buns for an easy gourmet breakfast at home, you can taste the care that goes into everything. Nicole has created more than just a cafe—she’s built a gathering place where locals and visitors connect over fresh, colorful ingredients and a shared love for good food. If you're in Waterbury, Stowe Street Cafe is a must-visit!

Thick eggs, fluffy English muffins (which I don't normally like), and flavorful sausage puts this in my top 5 breakfast sandwiches in the state. The cinnamon roll is very unique. Thin and crispier than normal and almost crystalized in sugar. I definitely recommend trying them.

Lovely coffee shop selling sandwiches, juices, smoothies, yogurt granola, and local products (jewelry, cards, candles, stones). Breakfast sandwich was incredibly fresh and homemade, down to the English muffin. Seating is available outside and inside, with cozy couch seating available inside. The cafe is attached to a bookstore as well.
